There wasn't much ice to speak of. We've had a very mild winter here (not complaining at all!).
We spotted some coyote tracks. Hubs will be hunting these guys when the predator hunt comes up. He's scouting this area to see how much animal traffic there is.
We saw an Indian fishing boat and I couldn't believe the number of seagulls that trailed behind this boat!
We did get lucky enough to see an eagle. Hubby spotted him and stopped so I could take a picture.
He noticed us and then decided he had enough of the paparazzi! Off he flew. Beautiful birds!
We did a bit of snowshoeing near Lac La Belle and then headed home. I really enjoy getting out on the "shoes" and going off-trail.Thanks for checking out my blog. Don't be shy--leave a comment!
